Print Station provides an interface for selecting and printing BarTender document files, Process Builder process files, legacy Batch Maker batch files, and BarTender XML (BTXML) script files. When you use Print Station, you eliminate the need to open and print files through BarTender or through external applications. You can also use Print Station to access BarTender documents that are stored in Librarian.

By using Print Station, you can do the following:

• Browse for BarTender document files, process files, legacy batch files, and BTXML script files

• Search for files by keyword

• View files by icons or details

• Group and sort files to make browsing quicker

• Use color-coded folder icons and/or custom images to organize your files

• View document comments and file information

• Preview BarTender documents before they are printed

• Print documents, run process files, run batch files, and run BTXML files with a single click

When you use Print Station to access BarTender documents that are stored in Librarian, you can also do the following:

• View the revision history for a Librarian document and compare document revisions

• Advance a Librarian document through its workflow states

• View and add to the revision comments that are tracked in Librarian
